Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By applying this program, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below:

1. Where the Applicant is asked to submit any information, content or material to Good Food Movement (“GFM’) , the Applicant must ensure that all Content is up-to-date, accurate, legal, honest, decent and truthful and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and codes of practice.  The Applicant must ensure that all Content submitted to GFM does not infringe copyright, design, privacy, publicity, data protection, trade mark or any other rights of any third party, and is not obscene, abusive, threatening, libellous or defamatory of any person.

2. The Applicant shall be aware that the information and content provided in the application will be vetted by GFM staff and external assessors which will not bind by any non-disclosure agreement.

3. The Applicant shall allow all GFM Food Tech Accelerator and its affiliated fund to invest up to USD 200k for up to 10% of equity stake in the company, depending on the stage of the Applicant.

4. GFM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the Program's content,  schedule and partners from time to time.
